Here at the Bedford Corn Exchange we are highly experienced in providing efficient corporate services from conference and business events to shows and exhibitions. The Bedford Corn Exchange provides a unique fusion of historic setting with event management services creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for your delegates.

Our dedicated team ensures that your event objectives are achieved. There are seven dedicated meeting rooms that can be tailored to your requirements, each with its own unique character creating the corporate environment specific to your organisation.

Half day delegate rate:

£21.50 + VAT per delegate

Bedford is ideally located between the M1 motorway and A1 trunk road and benefits from Intercity and First Capital Connect rail services. Being located in the centre of the town, the Bedford Corn Exchange is well served by four municipal car parks. We offer discounted parking at the near by River Street Multi-Storey Car Park for all day time events for just £5 per vechile. Please reception for further information.


Bedford has an expanding Park & Ride service, the first site being located in Elstow. This facility has a spacious car park, CCTV on site and a waiting room with toilet facilities. The easy-access buses operate into the town centre, up to every 10
minutes, six days a week.
